Although the lists below comprise only a small number of the applicants for the CPV, it may help you to understand the time factors at the various stages. The most important (and undoubtedly frustrating) one is the length of time from acknowledgement of the application to the assignment of a case officer (CO). From this point onwards, the applicant has more influence over the speed of the process; for example organising medicals and police checks, the assurance of support and the final payment.
